Item Hierarchy

The item hierarchy in LS One:

• Is a four level hierarchy
• Allows faster setup of items
• Each item can only be in one retail group
• Each retail group can only be in one retail department
• Each retail department can only be in one retail division
• no level of the item hierarchy is mandatory

 

Usage

• New items inherit attributes from retail groups
• Discount offers can be created for retail groups and departments
• Loyalty schemes can be setup for retail groups and departments
